This is recommended , Staff are amazing - so helpful and knowledgeable . The boat is warm and comfortable with plenty of space . Decorated for xmas with a cosy atmosphere . Reasonably priced drinks . A 2 course meal - served piping hot with choices . Staff work hard to give great service . We made lovely memories today and will go again . Not expensive for 2 hours and food and very relaxing ! Thank you

Good value, relaxed activity at the docks for a rainy afternoon. Booked the 3-5 pm afternoon tea. Boat leaves about 3.20 pm, goes around the docks for an hour plus while your tea is served. Warm, friendly servers, who regularly check if you want any extra drinks but don't make you feel bad if you don't. Afternoon tea is well presented- scone is dry but has lots of raisins, and the jam and cream help. Butter cake was moist and egg sandwiches were nice. It feels slightly colder near the windows, but we were still comfortable without our coats. Music was nostalgic. Fair activity to try out once for the novelty of an afternoon tea on a boat.

Had a pleasant roast dinner followed by apple pie & custard. Couldn’t complain, decent portion, chicken lovely & tender, nice veg & very nice thin tasty gravy. Staff were efficient & friendly. Skipper was fab, super helpful assisting me onto the boat with my wheelchair. Superb atmosphere & great music. Got everyone in a great party mood, sadly far too short, only 2 hours, could have done another 2 hours at least! Everyone had a ball! I will be telling everyone to go!

Staff and food are great admin and booking not so good. I booked the whole boat and was overcharged. I asked for an explanation by phone and email 4 weeks on still no reply. This totally let down the whole experience for my mums 80th birthday for me. Such a shame the management aren't as good as the crew

Went on the Floating Grace today with a group of friends for a two hour Sunday Lunch cruise. We all thoroughly enjoyed it. The commentary by the skipper was both informative and entertaining. We enjoyed the whole experience from start to finish and at £25 thought it was great value for money. Bar prices are reasonable too. It's a 'must do' for both locals and visitors to the area alike. I highly recommend it.
