GG at Floor and Decor is THE BEST! She stopped what she was doing to help my mother and I with all of our flooring needs. We were doing repairs to the house of a recently deceased family member, which is not an easy thing to do. She was kind, courteous, and incredibly knowledgeable. She helped us find beautiful flooring and worked with the store's owner to give us an incredible deal. She even made sure the purchase was rung up properly and helped us out to our car. GG and the team at Floor and Decor helped us immensely during a difficult time and I cannot thank them enough.

Not being builders and knowing very little about final flooring, we walked into Floor & Decor to look around and ask questions. Luckily for us, we met Joshua, who told us he set up the samples of flooring that hang on the doors. Joshua explained the difference in thickness, price, and what to look for in the new (to us) flooring. We brought some samples home and can't wait to make a decision and move forward with Floor and Decor.

Awesome store with plenty of selections! Selected our wood floors, bathroom tiles and porcelain plank here. Big shout out to team members Santiago, Jorge & Julian they went above and beyond to help us in the store and then loaded everything in our truck with smiles and great attitudes. Santiago pushed our cart around in the store once the load was too heavy for my husband. All in all a great team of employees work here!
