Building a house can be so overwhelming! Went to the design center several times confused, hoping to get ideas, samples, and advice. We worked with Brandon on each visit; I can say that Brandon made the experience each time so great! He was so helpful, knowledgeable and talented! Everyone was so friendly, but, Brandon made the difference! As busy as they were, I didn’t feel rushed or imposing, and that was without an appointment. I left feeling confident and excited! Thank you so much for all your help, Brandon! Will be back soon!

Super friendly staff that lets you really take your time and make selections or help create mood boards for you. Inaya has been working with me for multiple projects and it’s never a pushy or rushed experience- she spent so much time and effort with me in store as well as checking in with me via text regarding my projects. Floor & Decor is a store that I have visited often but last week was the first time I tried the design studio location in the Design district. It was absolutely amazing! The layout of the store is really comprehensive, I like how they had the samples behind each of the display cases. As a designer, that makes my job a lot easier when working with a client to be able to just open up the case and have the samples and pricing so easy to access. Victoria assisted us and was very helpful. I certainly will be back again in the future!

Wide range of tiles and flooring with great displays. Customer service was great, too. If you find a tile you like you can ask for a sample. Come in with the dimensions of bathroom or kitchen and CS will help you out.
