George Sanjur has been servicing Americas Generators for about two years, and he’s been excellent. He’s always on time, helpful, and makes a point to check in with everyone in the office and warehouse to stay aware of any issues. George offers great suggestions to help us keep a pest-free environment, and his sense of humor makes his visits enjoyable. We truly appreciate his professionalism and dedication.

This business deserves no stars. I scheduled an appointment due to them having negotiated a deal with my building for maintenance pest control services. They were a no show to my initial appointment after making me waste five hours waiting around for them. They did not call or give me any notice they would not be coming. I called the next day and asked to speak to a manager about this, I was told a manager would call me back within 48 hours. Of course no manager called me. I called back a week after only to be told by the rep that manager Rolando Torres who received my complaint had completely disregarded it, closed it as "resolved", and never attempted to call me. Several other owners in my building have reported the same issues with no shows to appointments and non-existent customer service. Will be relating this to my building HOA to cut ties with this company.

Joel Barrios was very knowledgeable and helpful! We had 2 other people inspect our office due to the strong stench we believed was being caused by a dead rodent, but none were able to detect the origin or provide a solution. Joel was the only one that found the issue and explained in detail how we could resolve it.

Herman is awesome. He was our tech when we moved into the house ten years ago. At some point the routes were changed and we had a different tech, who unfortunately wasn’t very good. He definitely wasn’t as good as Herman. I guess we weren’t the only ones to think so, because eventually Herman returned and we’ve been extremely happy with his service ever since.

Our pest control guy (Donovan) is the best! Super friendly, always on time, and really knows what he’s doing. He takes the time to explain everything and makes sure we’re good before he leaves. Definitely someone you can trust to get the job done right. Highly recommend!
