FIVE STARS! Vanessa was the best. She is very knowledgeable when it comes to how to strategically stack and catch plushies. I got my Shinchan plushy thanks to her aid. Shinchan is my entire childhood, I am so thankful for Vanessa for being so helpful in getting this plushy. Vanessa is the best, making the experience 100x more enjoyable and worth it!!!!

We had such a fun time at Fluffy Town today! The store was bright, welcoming, and full of adorable plushies. Huge shoutout to Matthew and Casey—they were incredibly helpful, friendly, and super supportive as we tried to win as many stuffed animals as possible. We felt so encouraged and had a blast.
