We showed up five minutes early for our 3:00 PM voice lesson for my daughter. When we walked in, the girl working looked right at us, then immediately walked into the restroom. When she came out, she tried to ignore that we were even there and walked straight into the back without saying a word. We sat down, assuming maybe someone else would come out or that she’d eventually greet us. That never happened. We waited a full 25 minutes just in case the teacher was running late—but no one ever came. The girl stayed in the back, still on a personal phone call that we could hear clearly in the quiet space. It was obviously a casual conversation with a friend. We eventually left. This is not how you run a business. If Flying Hands Music School thinks this is acceptable customer service, they clearly don’t care about people’s time or money. Incredibly unprofessional and disappointing.

I've been going here for a few weeks now taking guitar lessons with Don. He's super patient and a great teacher! Reasonable cost too! Will definitely continue going.

Setup a lesson for our son stating he needs a guitar provided. He said not a problem. Never got a call back to confirm so We called and he confirmed. We spoke to Bryan about it. Showed up today. No one knew anything about our lesson. Or that my son needed a guitar. So we just left. Waste of time. I feel like they are just too busy. The trainer said he didn’t even remember talking to us on phone.
