Paul Dugas and Krystal Boyd came for a same day appointment to clean my air ventilation system and inspect my air and water on a Friday evening. They were both so pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable they felt like old friends. I appreciated their honesty and attention to detail. I will definitely refer them by name and be calling again when needed! I had no idea Fox offered so many services with so many options.

Great service. Got a same-day appointment with Greg Paredes, and he was even able to show up early. Gave honest advice and discouraged me from an additional costly option because he didn't think it would fix the problem. Greatly appreciate the easy and straightforward experience and won't hesitate to use this company going forward. Scheduling experience was also a breeze.

On my recent HVAC maintenance program check-up, both technicians, Noah and Joel, were professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The cost of the recommended service to fix an issue seemed rather high though. However, the fix appears to be necessary and I have a history with these folks, so it they will complete the work. As a long-time Fox customer, I have been fortunate to have had consistently good service over the years. Technician Richard S. did a great job on the follow-up service call. He was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to engage with.

Our experience with John Price was amazing. He arrived and gave us a bid for several different projects and we decided that at the moment we could only do one and asked him when he could come back and do the project. His reply was I can do it right now. So John went out and got his tools and within about an hour and a half he had finished exactly what we wanted. Amazing job.
