I purchased my home almost a year ago and went with Fraser since they were who the previous home owners used. This is a 100 year old house that was overdue for some foundational updates, so I wanted to go with someone who was familiar with the home. Ryan has come by several times to do work in the house as things pop up, and I wouldn’t trust plumbing work to anyone else. He’s always super thorough, communicative, and does things right the first time. Highly recommend!

I requested a quote to replace my kitchen sink garbage disposal. As soon as pushed send on yelp, Ryan was calling my phone. Very courteous, respectful, friendly and prompt. He gave me a price over the phone and told me to grab a disposal from Home Depot. As soon as I picked one up, I called him back. He was at my house within the hour! Just as he had promised. Other companies refused to give me a price over the phone. It’s not that hard people, it isn’t rocket science. Ryan was done within the hour, I paid him via credit card, no leaks and the new disposal works perfectly. I highly recommend him and Fraser plumbing. Punctual, respectful, prompt and price was competitive.

Ryan was great! We had purchased a new faucet to be installed before we were to have family over for the weekend. Ryan came to install but it turned out that the faucet I purchased wasn’t going to fit and he wouldn’t be able to come back until next week which means no faucet for our company. After a little bit of begging Ryan agreed to get us the correct size faucet and come back the next morning and finish the installation, thus avoiding disaster with our visitors this weekend. On top of that, the price for the labor was very reasonable. The faucet was a bit expensive but it was unavoidable since I needed a specific size. It was a high end faucet so the price was the going rate. They did not inflate the price to earn more profit from what I can tell from my experience shopping for faucets. I really appreciate Ryan and Fraser Plumbing for saving the day! I will not hesitate to call them next time I need a plumber.

I couldn't be happier with the service I received from Ryan. He arrived within the agreed upon time frame. He explained exactly what he would be doing and kept me informed. The price was very fair and I did not feel pressured to add any services. Ryan was good with my dog (very important to me). I also want to add that the dispatcher was very accommodating & patient. This is a great company. I highly recommend.

Eric was awesome! I called them because of their rating and proximity to my place, and I can see why they have 5-stars! I needed someone to do a sink install right away and they had someone out within an hour! Very friendly, prompt, communicative and they did quality work. Would recommend to anyone. Very happy!
