They were very helpful, and got out for the initial inspection in under 2 hours. We had a tree wreck our power line and the mast going into the main box/meter. Since it was during the heat of summer, it was especially important to get it fixed quickly. They kept everything on track from handling the work, to the permit, and getting the inspector out. The price was very reasonable, and they didn't try to price gouge us on extra stuff either. I'd highly recommend them!
