I’ve come a few times and while the experience of having so many games available to play endlessly is great, there are a few things I should mention. First of all, the place is very much in need of a clean. It can be very dusty and it seems that a lot of people just leave their rubbish around when eating. Second, they have a lot of cabs that just don’t work. It would be very worth fixing them up so that more people could play, there are more games available, etc. Third of all, a couple of the members of staff are very rude and unprofessional. A blonde girl at the front desk was so focused on her phone that we couldn’t get her attention standing right in front of her. While on her phone, a few people just waltzed into the place without paying too. There was another man with long curly hair as well, who was just overall very unwelcoming and gatekeepy. He walked around frowning and when it came to closing time, there was no warning offered to wrap up any last games - he just unplugged everything! The very least he could have done was let people finish what they’ve started but he just unplugged everyone without warning. Not even a sorry! I understand wanting to go home as soon as possible after work but that was not the way to go. This should be communicated to all staff. It sucks to write this because I do like the place. Some improvements would seriously go a long way.

This place is great, affordable price and unlimited games! I love the rhythm game selection they have. The only thing I would say is that the pump it up pads could afford to be more maintained, steps don’t always register which means having to step harder then I usually would, almost stomping. If you’re doing higher levels for pump it makes it difficult. Besides that I think it’s perfect.

The entrance was hard for us to find and not clearly labelled at all. It is a small door within the large, colorful bay door. There was no signage. As for the place itself, it was amazing and I highly recommend it. I will return. I have a feeling they purposefully make it difficult to find and it isn't clearly advertised because they want it to remain a hidden gem to those who know about it.

Great Japanese Arcade, machines are in Japanese but isn't too hard to get going. Great fun value! Lovely staff & not crazy hot when I went.
