Another good experience with Fry Plumbing. Had outdated shower heads and handles replaced in my 4 bathrooms. Look great. Fry's prices are very reasonable. Plumbers that use the "book's" pricing would have charged me three to four times what I paid. Have recommended Fry to friends.

After a few bad experiences with plumbers in DC, I just wanted to write a quick review to say I've had a great experience with Fry each of the three times I've used them (mostly minor plumbing issues - and they had to replace a leaky pipe once). They are professional, friendly, don't try to sell you things you don't need, and they do good work. They're probably not the cheapest around. But after having some awful experiences with the cheap places (and having to hire new plumbers to fix their work), I don't mind paying for the professionalism and having a plumber I can trust.

I called on Monday after our business HVAC died and my usual servicer couldn't commit to getting it fixed for a whole week. Chase not only beat the price quoted by the other provider, but hustled to get us back up and running the NEXT DAY. This was a full unit replacement/install, not just a quick patch job. Incredibly grateful for these guys. If the first interaction was any indicator of their usual commitment to excellent service, they've earned a loyal customer!
