Definitely take your business elsewhere! Subpar customer service and beware of incentivized reviews Gelx extensions hardly lasted a week

Ahh pretty sad about this place. Previously rated it very highly because I had 3 very good experiences getting manicures here. I went in to get a bottle pedicure today and the younger man there RIPPED OFF half of my toe nail will removing the gel. He used a fake nail (without me asking), which made it look decent- which is good I had a wedding to go to in 2 days. When I went to check out he charged me full price AND tried to charge me for the acrylic nail he used to fix it. I’d avoid this place, unfortunately, or at the very least the younger man that works there. Also, just to add they give you a $5 discount for leaving a 5 star review so take that into consideration when looking at reviews… EDIT: The gaslighting and lying in the response is insane. I walked in with PERFECTLY HEALTHY, normal toenails. In fact, I have extremely strong, thick nails that are hard to even break/bite through and I only get pedicures a few times a year- so this is completely inaccurate. I will repeat, as I said in my original post they *TRIED* to charge me for the acrylic and I told the guy that was ridiculous so he (very rudely/irritably) called over someone else to help. I wish I had more evidence of this but I was honestly in so much shock that it happened that I didn't know what to do. If I didn't have a wedding the next days I would've just stopped them, bandaged it, and left. I also never implied that they were forcing individuals to leave reviews, that is silly. Nevertheless, an incentive to leave reviews (especially monetarily) will impact overall ratings.
