I cannot say enough good things about Fuzzy Butts! I bring my two dogs here, and it is easily the best grooming experience we’ve ever had. From the moment you walk in, you can tell that Angela is a true "dog whisperer." She has this incredible way of connecting with animals. She truly LISTENS to the dog and pays attention to their body language and needs. It’s so clear that she approaches every pup with genuine compassion and treats them with such amazing care, as if they were her own. I love that they focus on a "low-stress" philosophy. Whether it’s a full groom, a simple nail trim, or a "bath and fluff," Angela makes sure the environment is calm and welcoming. My dogs always come back looking and smelling incredible, but more importantly, they come back happy and relaxed. First I want to say everyone is very lovely and friendly. However I was very disappointed with the cut. My dog looked no different from the time we walked in and out. They were softer but the cut was choppy and hair was left still covering the eyes. I knew it was about to be bad because they called me a hour after drop off. Small dog but with the amount of hair and the treatments booked I knew it was rushed. The nails were not cut short enough and left so sharp I received a nice cut on my leg.I did tell them of my dissatisfaction and was told I’d receive a call to comeback but never did. I wanted to give them the grace of fixing the issue but hay they already got the money I guess. Very nice in person but yeah go else where if looking for a clean cut especially for the price. Note to business: You won’t find my name because I don’t share personal information like that on the internet.

I have taken my dog Roscoe here for over a year now and the staff has always been wonderful and treated Roscoe well. He can get a little agitated sometimes and they know just how to handle him and he is always happy to come in for a groom. Prices are well worth the service and Angela and crew are great
