Josh was great, I went in thinking I needed a new charger port for my phone. (It got wet in my pocket out in the snow). He ended up cleaning out my charger port and found a hairball which I promptly blamed on my dogs. Didn’t get charged for anything, will be back if I have any issues with my electronic devices.

Brought my Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra here for a screen repair and had a really good experience. They were upfront about the pricing and explained the repair process before starting. I appreciated the repair was done quickly and my phone looked brand new when I got it back. Everything works perfectly and the customer service was great. I will be back for more repairs in the future! They also have free parking and super close to University Village!
