Galena Sports and Physical Therapy. It used to be one of the best places. I found the staff was excellent. The last time I was there the physical therapist Hailey, was worthless. When she was hands on she would spend few minutes 5-10 minutes was useless when it came to working out my injury. Everybody else that spent time with me was awesome with spending about 20 to 25 minutes with me. She'd rather sit at her desk waiting on food delivery and sit there and eat even though she had just got off lunch. Thomas.

The first visit was good, but after that, I only saw the PT assistant and a young girl. I didn't see the physical therapist again until the last visit. She didn't even check in with me on my 2-5 visits. That seems to be their model. I won't be returning.

Darcy and her team are experts in the PT field. They listen to needs and respond with accurate solutions. I appreciate that when my problem was solved I was encouraged to consider continuing my exercises at home instead of extending treatment. Past experience in a PT practice was not solution orientated but "stay longer" and "bill more" time. Galena Sport PT has what you are looking for in a treatment centered environment. I'm very grateful for a quicker than expected recovery!
