Garage Door Masters had very prompt service. Same day delivery and install. Service technician Dustin did a fantastic job, installed and verified everything was working properly. Even helped us program equipment t with smart devices. Just all around great service and great value.

I used Garage Door Masters today and Alec did an excellent job at replacing the broken spring, bearings and cables. He arrived during the appointment window and quickly diagnosed the problem and made some suggestions on repairs. He quickly fixed and replaced the broken parts and adjusted the garage door opener. The system works better than before! The price was reasonable and I would definitely call them again.

Thanks to a referral from neighbors, I reached out to Alec who responded immediately (on his day off!) to arrange a service time and set up a profile for us. On both appointment days, he called to confirm or notified me of his ETA, was flexible with my schedule, and arrived on time. He assessed the situation, shared lots of information (most of which was over my head) in the simplest way, and even offered a referral discount. The job was done in about an hour and a half, explained what had been done, showed pictures and evidence of the problem, answered questions & offered insights into future potential issues with an aging system and suggested replacement products. We appreciate the prompt, polite, professional, personable, and efficient service! Alec is extremely knowledgeable, takes pride in his work and seems to have fun in the process of problem solving and delivering solutions, all of which goes a long way in our book.
