My garage door was wabbling when it was going up and down. I thought it was a bit dangerous so i called. They told me that Ace Giordano was on his way, and so he was. That's the first mark any service company gets (to come as soon as possible and be on time) and I'm glad they didn't disappoint. I had a limited budget and he did everything he could to stay within it. He was quick and efficient. He was also respectful. When he was done, he explained a few things to me on how to take care of it. The bill was a little less than I expected. I recommend Garage Door Specialists. They checked off every box that I have: Price, Service, Parts on the truck, They do what they say and say what they do. They did a good job for me and I'm very happy!

The technician, Adam, was extremely professional—he arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and got the job done efficiently. The quality of the work was excellent, and I can already tell the repairs were done to a high standard. On top of that, the prices were very reasonable, especially given the level of service. I really appreciate the honesty and professionalism, and I will definitely be a returning customer. Highly recommended!

I recently had my garage door repaired and was impressed with the quick turnaround time. Adam, the technician, arrived within an hour and a half, which was much faster than I expected. He was very informative about the door’s condition and potential future issues with my current system. During the repair, he replaced a missing roller that had come off when the door untracked (which I later found on the garage floor). He also performed some preventive maintenance by greasing the tracks and checking the overall system, which I appreciated. I was charged $275 for a repair. Per the company’s website, track adjustments or replacements range between $125-$350, but my track wasn’t damaged or replaced, just realigned. Overall, I would recommend them for their efficiency, professionalism and fast responses.
