My husband and I had a huge oversight and did not return the items by closing on Saturday. We called first thing Monday morning and the staff explained it was ok, "just return sometime this morning." They were super understanding and very friendly. I have rented items here for birthday parties and our wedding. Each time greeted with friendly and helpful staff.
