This location is really nice but you need to update and have better hours. It says you guys are open on Saturday and Sundays until 8 on google. There were three others behind me who tried to walk in at 5:55pm and it was locked. To be honest 6 pm is a little early to close on a Saturday too.

The new gym is great, love the atmosphere and the various different weight areas. Nice and spacious. Some of the machines in there though barely work which is crazy, like why would you bring them in? The machine for leg kickbacks is so rusty and jankety its barely usable. Overall though, great gym and excited to use it, but there are 2 things that still have my choosing to go to different locations more often: 1. Its so darn hot in there. It was 78 degrees on Friday inside. I dont sweat easily so I just get overheated and it makes my workout miserable. The other location i use is not this hot 2. There is like 1 station for cleaning on the entire floor. People dont clean their machines here because spray/towels are in 1 location and not easily accessible. There is so much room here, can more stations be added to the weight floor please so people are inclined to clean their machines? And the turf weight area by the windows

The new location is alright but of course all the machines are always hogged by a tag teaming couple so there is rarely a chance to use most of them and — the music. Good grief, the music. It is a terrible selection and so damn loud that you have to turn your head phones up louder and louder and risk going deaf.

Great gym equipment and size overall. The equipment and workout space are phenomenal and easily the best part of the facility. The locker room experience is very disappointing. Only one towel is provided even though there is a steam room and sauna. It is impossible to use the amenities, shower, and still have a dry towel to get ready for work. That put me in a tough spot yesterday morning. For $100 a month, this feels like poor service. Laundry limitations should not become a member problem. Discounts should be offerered until you can provide the services advertised. Second, in the locker room two showers look like they are under construction. I had to wait to shower. Where I waited was the steam room. I like that it is smaller but I dont like being so close to each other. It feels like the steam does a better job because of the size though. My only complaint here is the steam room literally felt slimy and had a stinch. Like slimy as in slipping on my feet stepping on the floor. I use multiple sites of yours and the others are not like that. Maybe iust needs to be deep cleaned more often? Thats all I got! Glad to have a much better gym option close to work, thats what brought me back to genesis when this opened. Hope you get this figured out. Ill be happy to adjust my rating as this improves.

4.5 stars! ✨ Big fan of the new gym. I like the neon quotes, massive screens, and tall ceilings with big windows that make everything feel so open. It hasn’t felt too crowded so far, but the extra space and equipment definitely helps. My only downside: despite all the equipment upgrades, they didn’t add a single new rowing machine. All three are carried over from the old location — two have creaky chains/tension issues and the third has a broken foot strap 😔
