I have nothing but the best experience from the Staffs and the Venue! It was perfect for my husband’s 50th Birthday! The crew are very much kind and accommodating. Highly recommend this place! Thank You Genting Karaoke, hats off to Mr Wilson, the staff who showed me around while chosing for venue.

All very nice and the sound is great, I loved unforgettable, all I need to say is that. If you are you have to be ready to pay because it takes advantage of your drunken state to tell you more. Sorry, I had to say it. Book a room at 10pm on Saturday, a medium room of 5 to 8 guests, and for logical reasons, it was late for us to arrive at 11am. Okay, that was my fault, and I understand it, so we left at 2am, I remember that it was almost 3am, in what we went to the bathroom and I said goodbye to my friends, ok, all right, but that they charged me 479 for those 4 hours if I am crazy, hahaha, but I did not stop again jajajaj.

We had team building here today and it's probably the best KTV in America, the environment is great, the snacks are good, the tequila is pretty good and not expensive. I mentioned the peanuts are very fragrant, and the manager kindly gave me a bag of peanuts when we checked out. Will go again next time, very satisfied!
