The first time I bought from George's was at their 30st location back in 1982 to the mid 1990's. Then off and on through the years. Everyone there and their Clairemount Mesa Blvd store a knowledgeable and very friendly.

This place is awesome! I stopped by to have someone take a look at a Canon AE-1 I found on eBay, and I had a great experience! George showed me how to use my camera and gave me some really helpful pointers! I’m a newbie to manual film photography and it was nice to have someone walk me through it. I also got to see some pics of Led Zeppelin he shot back in the 70’s which made my day. They also have great deals on film and developing. Highly recommend this place for any photography needs!

Loved my first experience here! I came in with two old camera and the rep I worked with was so kind and helpful. Was honest with me about repairs instead of just making a sale, and when I bought film it was reasonably priced. He also gave my daughter a sticker which any toddler parent knows is a win for them :) Would highly recommend this shop for repairs, rentals or purchases.
