To the owner & management these hours for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday are NO GOOD! EVERY single gym member already agrees closing at 7pm on a Saturday or Opening at 10a.m & closing at 6pm on Sunday, closing early on a Friday nights makes it difficult for anyone who has a career or a family to have any Gym time on our ONLY days off after working all week. I understand business overhead is lower with these hours not having to pay employees to Just stand around and literally do nothing. Speaking to you "the owner" what's most important is having a gym that is open & available on weekends to its members. You have already removed all Water Works (No Pool), fine moneys are saved in overhead now would you please return that to us the members by keeping the doors open beyond these current horrible hours even if its not 24 hours!? (Friday 12pm, Saturday 12pm, Sunday 8pm) May I Suggest for ALL members removing a few employees as they dont do anything but play on their phones and sit behind the desks. Never see them organize any equipment at the end of their shifts. They dont clean anything. Never see them walking the gym floors hourly. We see them sitting in the office or behind the desk literally doing nothing At All...theres a contractor who cleans who does what an employee should be doing! Why on earth cant All your employees keep weights and dumbbells organized at the Beginning & End of their shifts? Why cant these employees be more proactive in Enforcement of Basic gym rules such as No gym bags on the gym floor to prevent potential law suites for falling over the piles of backpacks not being stored in the locker rooms and preventing theft of equipment? Id love to here the owners response to us the people who pay you. Not a generic response to "call and discuss this with the current management". If you THE OWNER or management doubts me simply walk your gym floor and take your own survey...Im POSITIVE you will here an echo chamber of frustration about these very POINTS.
