Last month, I went to Ghirardelli with my partner and got the strawberry milkshake which was really good. It was creamy, smooth, and had a nice strawberry flavor without being overly sweet. The whipped cream and cherry on top were a nice touch and made it feel like a classic treat. The vibe is cozy and perfect for enjoying dessert or a warm drink. I’d totally come back again

It is kind of overpriced, my siblings and I got chocolate Dubai for $20 and we couldn’t finish it. It is extremely sweet! The only thing I like from chocolate Dubai flavor it is ice cream part. If you are into very sweet chocolate it is perfect place!

We purchased ice cream here but were told we were not allowed to sit down because the store was closing in 15 minutes. However, there were still many customers seated inside at the same time. It was Christmas, the store was still open, and we had already paid as customers. It’s hard to understand why we were treated differently and denied seating. Is it simply because we are Asian? Remain suspicious. This felt unfair and left us with a very unpleasant experience.

This was my first experience at Ghirardelli Ice Cream and Chocolate and I enjoyed every delicious moment. I had the Caramel Sundae and there a few other selections and sizes that you can enjoy while you have a seat and enjoy your tasty treat. 😋

Opted for the Sea Salt Caramel duo of the cocoa and the Sundae. The cocoa just comes from a machine, like a premade machine coffee which is just disappointing and borderline insulting. If you are a chocolate place why not take pride in hot chocolate? The sundae was good! Went for the dark chocolate version. I’d return for the flavor but not the price tag. It’s about 2x too expensive at $16. The individual squares are also about twice as expensive as anywhere else at $36/pound. The space itself presents feels a bit soulless and cold despite them serving chocolate. Why not just serve good chocolate in a cozy place rather than making it a wannabe Starbucks tourist trap? The staff was very nice and helpful.
