Worst paint job I have ever gotten don’t give work to Rick Ruiz he did paint the car in Gil’s body shop and he name dropped him that he worked for him. Gil denied it but the car was painted there. What a horrible experience wish I can rate a zero, A two week job took a month and a half after a million excuses.

My 1st experience with them was great. My 2nd experience has been A nightmare. I have attempted to reconcile this issue for half A year now, and no one will take my calls or respond to my messages. So unfortunately, I have to take it this far. When I got my car back, I noticed my onstar/car tracker had been damaged and removed. My hood that my insurance company paid to get replaced, was not replaced. Almost 1,000 miles had been driven since I dropped the car off (I have A volkswagen, there are multiple trackers in the car and I was sent A notification every time my car was opened or started), My rearview mirror had been replaced with a flimsy after-market mirror (there was no reason for them to mess with my mirror) and A seal was missing from my passenger door; in which has cost me 100's of extra dollars in gas money, as it has caused A serious draft in my car. I attempted to reconcile the issue with them, first, and they assured me that they would fix these issues. All I asked was for my onstar to be replaced and the seal to be fixed, as the other issues were miniscule to me. After 6 attempts to reconcile the issue, nothing has been resolved. While my car was in their possession, they harassed me to pay them the full amount before they finished my car- I did. When I picked up my car, my vehicle was not only trashed, but my personal papers and possessions had been sifted through. I really would like to attempt to at least recover the damages that they did to my car via A refund from the money that was paid to them. I was really excited to go to them, as I felt they did A great job repairing my car the 1st time. They are alleging my onstar "fell" from the roof when they replaced my windshield (which they did out of courtesy), but now I am wondering if it was done as A way to cover up what happened to my tracker. From the pictures provided, you can see that the tracker was clearly bashed in and tampered with. This kind of damage is not the product of A windshield repair, and even if it were- I would expect them to resolve this. It is embarrassing to ride around with A car like this.
