The blond lady ,sorry don't know her name but she is always very kind and thoughtful. I have been to a lot of groomers but they weren't Customer friendly . The service is great here Very nice place, I will tell my friends that have pets.Thank you

I have been a frequent customer here, but I was very disappointed with the service my two pets received yesterday. I always pay for the 'Full Groom' package, but it was clear that neither of them was bathed. My female dog still had dirty paws and, even worse, there were traces of feces in the fur around her anus, which is clear evidence that no bath was given. Additionally, the haircut on my male dog was very uneven, with visible clumps of hair. It is obvious the grooming was done on dirty fur, which is not professional. If there wasn't enough time to do the job properly, I would have preferred for them to be honest and tell me they couldn't fit us in, rather than receiving such poor quality work. Despite this, my mother was still charged the full price for both. As a loyal client, I expect much better.
