This salon has so much potential, but I will no longer recommend to clients/friends because of the horrific management and extremely unprofessional staff. A: Employees consistently late. I’m sitting in the parking lot 20 minutes post-open. 3 customers have come and left because no one is here. This has happened to me twice and I’ve only been a member since August. B: Main employee working desk is very rude and gives zero instructions. I upgraded my membership and tried the hydro-pod. I got an extreme heat burn on my legs because I was not shown how to adjust the temperature. I also was given no information about the membership and had to research it on my own. C: Same employee invites friends at night. They go outside, smoke weed, then come inside, smell horrible and are very loud. I brought a client one time and this happened. Extremely embarrassing and unprofessional. I am hoping a manager reads this because this is not acceptable.

Owners must just be greedy. I had a membership here for 2 years for cryotherapy, but they stopped the service. On the day they told me, I asked to cancel it. They didn't tell me I was one day past the cancel deadline (still 5 days away from the withdrawal). I signed up at another facility, then got charged here, and asked for a refund since I wasn't informed of the deadline (and 5 days seemed reasonably early enough). Likewise, this wasn't a typical cancellation - they weren't actually going to be able to offer the one service that I had originally signed up for. The owners still refused to refund. I know there isn't cryotherapy service there anymore, but I think it just reflects how greedy they treat their customer base.

Very sad ending. I have been going here for approx 1 year. And I liked the equipment and most of the staff was very kind - that is why I called today, hoping for some sort of understanding. The situation. The last time I visited, I paid more than 200USD for a 10+2 trip pass and due to current situation, my job location has changed and I had to move. Since I just used 1 trip on the card, I called to ask if its possible to get a refund. I was informed it was not possible to get a refund for a fully unused 10 trip pass. Before the called ended the employee hung up on me! Really, this is the treatment we can expect? This gives such a bad feeling, its sad.

I should have listened to the reviews and not gone here but I did out of convenience because it was close to where I was at the time I needed a spray tan. I have gotten probably 50 spray tans in my life and this is hands down the worst one. It is not even at all across my body and very splotchy. Also, the guy who worked at the front desk was incredible rude and very unwelcoming I told myself in that moment I should have walked out before my spray tan and gone somewhere else and I wish I would have. Do not recommend this place.

They close early basically every weekend I try to go. It’s Saturday at 640, hours say open til 7 and they are completely shut down, no one in sight. This happens regularly. Just change your hours so people stop coming thinking you’re open (my treatment takes 5 min or less so plenty of time before close)
