highly considering cancelling my membership. Not because the services suck but because the girls at the front take SO much time trying to sell you stuff. I wanted to lay in the tanning bed for FIVE minutes & was there for a WHOLE HOUR because the girls at the front take so long trying to sell product. I timed it. It took me 36 minutes to get to the front to check in (with only one person ahead of me), 10 minutes for her to try to sell me on product when I kept telling her no, bc im already running out of time & then she took 10 minutes to slowly clean the bed. I come here to relax for a short amount of time and leave pissed every single time. Screw trying to get any other services done unless you’re trying to be there for HOURS. Also, I’ve bought so much product because they told me I needed that but every time I come in, they tell me I need a different or another product, like you sold me this last time cause this is what I needed???? I really want to enjoy this place but the girls move too slow & are too pushy.

I had a spa day and was able to try most of the equipment. I started with the wave bed, which is like a modern water bed that has water jets that massage your body, and then I went into a body humidifier, which was more like a steam room for 20 minutes and then I did the sunlight bed which was UV rays and then I did a spray tan medium bronze. I came out looking like I just got back from the Bahamas! Amazing experience!
