I had such an amazing experience at GLOSS & GLAM Hair Salon & Head Spa! My haircut turned out absolutely perfect, exactly what I wanted, if not even better. The attention to detail and care they put into everything really shows. Shiva and Lida were both incredible. They were so warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind from the moment I walked in. They made me feel comfortable the entire time and really listened to what I wanted. The whole experience felt relaxing and professional, and I left feeling so confident and happy with my hair. I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great haircut and great service!
