Super amazing food. I got the curry with chicken. So worth it. Everything tastes fresh and light. Nothing is too overwhelming. I highly recommend this place! It is decently priced as well compared to other sushi places.

The atmosphere is giving cozy home cottage vibes, its dinner hour with noise levels comfortable for date night conversation. A+ for cleanliness. Both dishes the seaweed salad & Spicy BBQ Japanese Ramen is fantastic!😃 There is no slack on flavor. The servers are friendly and attentive. Definitely will be Returning back for more.

My family & I visited Godai for my birthday meal & we're not disappointed!! We ordered the large sushi boat, ceviche roll & the fresh roll. Each piece was delicious, prepared & presented so well.

This has been me and my husband's go-to restaurant since we moved to San Antonio last year. The food is always so good, super fresh, and full of flavor. You really can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. The chefs are amazing. You can tell they care about what they do and put a lot of love into every dish. Everything always feels thoughtful and consistent. They’re honestly a big reason we kept coming back. The staff is also really friendly and welcoming. Happy hour is a fun time to stop by too. We’re moving out of San Antonio next year and we’re already sad about leaving this place. It’s been one of our favorite spots and we’ll definitely miss it.

This is the BEST restaurant in all of Texas if not beyond. I had the most amazing dinner experience with my wife on our anniversary the other day and I had to share. We had the 9 course Omakase where the chef makes each course right in front of you. All of the food was absolutely sublime and the chef was absolutely hilarious and super chill. The food was out of this world amazing!! The best I’ve ever had, and I’ve had A LOT of sushi before.
