Horrible service. I called and was told my driver would be here between 45mins-1hour. It has been 2 hours and no driver has showed up. I called and the lady pretends she doesn’t hear me and she put me on a hold. I called from a different phone and she was able to answer that call but again put me on a long hold. I called as an unknown caller to get them to pick up my call. Very rude and horrible service. I wouldn’t recommend at all. Avoid this company. They don’t even care about lying to you and making you wait. At least the driver was very friendly.

big thx to the driver who helped with our rv last night. 2am is a rough time to be stranded but he was super chill and got us to a repair shop safe.

CALL THE POLICE WHEN THIS TOWING COMPANY TAKES YOUR CAR! I WAS ADMITTED IN THE HOSPITAL WHEN THEY TOOK MY CAR FROM THE PARKING LOT I COULDNT AFFORD TO TAKE IT OUT THEY STATED THAT IT BE SENT TO POLICE IMPOUND AND THEY GAVE MY CAR TO SOMEONE AND THEY ARE DRIVING MY CAR AROUND HOUSTON RACKING UP EZ TAG AND VIOLATING TICKETS UNDER MY NAME!!!! IT IS ILLEGAL IN THE STATE OF TEXAS FOR THEM TO THAT !!

Locked my keys in my car like a dumbass. I called roadside assistance here in h town and they confirmed I was the owner before getting me in, which I really appreciate. They stayed until I got the car started as well. Outstanding service on there end.

I dont usually leave reviews but these guys deserve it. They handled my classic car with a lot of respect. They assured me everything was scrapped down correctly and demonstrated their procedures. Not a SCRATCH! The lady who answered my dispatch call was also incredibly helpful, all around a good company.

Gave coordinates for pick up and drop off, price agreed upon led me to agree to give card information that they state they will not charge until pick up. They call for information on where the vehicle is at in the parking lot and tell me that the agreed upon price is not valid. The new price was $140 higher! Got told this after waiting an hour for them. Do not recommend.
