Homes that should be available for families are being turned into profit machines, driving up rent prices and reducing access to stable housing for the people who actually live and work in these communities. Neighborhoods are not investment playgrounds. When companies like this aggressively control rental inventory and treat homes like short term assets instead of long term housing, it directly contributes to the affordability crisis many cities are facing. Residents are tired of watching companies squeeze every dollar out of housing while everyday working families struggle to find a place they can afford to live. The long term impact on communities is obvious. Companies operating in residential neighborhoods should have some level of responsibility to the community they are profiting from. Nearly $10k ??!! screw yall predators !!
