At first I almost passed on this tour because of the price. But I decided to splurge and it was SO worth it! Two amazing wineries with tastings and talks, another private tasting in Cheddar Gorge at the only traditional maker of cheddar cheese, and a Michelin star chef's lunch with a tour of his vegetable garden! All on a comfortable minibus with a lovely guide, Florence, who had a lot of knowledge to share about sustainable and organic production of high-end food and wine. Really great tour.

Fabulous tour with Florence. She was very knowledgeable and really looked after us. We were taken to several venues all friendly supplying local produce. We ended the tour with a visit to the Watershed which was on the river and made lovely cocktails. All in all a great experience that we would certainly recommend definitely worth 5 stars.

Such a brilliant day out (on the wine and cheese in the Somerset Valleys tour), in the springtime sun, hearing from passionate local producers about their love of food and drink, their stories, about how and why they do what they do. Florence also knew a lot about what was going on locally and so all the people on the tour learned and shared a lot about goings on around Bristol, which was cool. It was a perfect day out, we've since recommended the tour to friends and have planned trips back to some of the producers we met, we were really inspired.

We did the Wine and Cheese tour with Florence and would highly recommend it. We got to visit places we never would have known about, hear directly from the producers themselves, and taste some amazing wine, food, and cheese along the way. A great option if you're a local, visiting for the weekend, or looking for an activity to do for a work/corporate away-day, or hen-do. We'll definitely be recommending to friends and family, and hopefully get to go on their city food tour at some point in the future.

Superb tour with Florence- I highly recommend this company and will be booking again soon! We had an amazing private tour tailored to our preferences, including a garden tour and lunch at Pony Chew Valley, driving through Cheddar Gorge and exploring the village and tasting some cheeses, and a lovely guided stroll through the orchards and vineyards of Wild West Cider, which ended with a refreshing organic cider and wine tasting.
