This is my favorite Jiu Jitsu gym to train at when I train somewhere besides my home gym. I have only had awesome experiences. The men and women are friendly and are stellar training partners. The Owner is skilled at the highest level, professional and cares for the community.

Swinging through town, after calling Gracie Barra they let me know they'd be happy to have me come through. Instructors were knowledgeable, kind and welcomed me with open arms. Everyone in the gym was nice, and gave me some good rolls. Clean mats, good people. Can't recommend this place enough. If I lived here, this would be the gym I would sign up for! Give it a try, you won't be disappointed

An excellent place to learn Jiu-jitsu, regardless of experience or fitness level. The community is incredibly supportive, the professors and coaches are excellent at what they do. I immediately felt welcomed and supported. I started at GB Boise heavier and less fit than I have ever been. In the 10 months I have been coming to classes, I have made more progress in both areas than I thought possible. If you are unsure where or how to start, come in for a class. You won't be disappointed. I'll be at the Tuesday/Thursday 8-9pm fundamentals class every time for the foreseeable future.
