Great customer service! I went in today to print some menu's last minute. The owner was super friendly and very helpful. He took care of all my printing needs in less than 10 minutes — quick, efficient, and professional. Highly recommend Grand Copy Center!

Rajiv handled some notary services for me quickly, professionally, and was fun to talk to. Wouldn't even accept a tip. Highly recommended!

It is hard to find places that will do large format color printing, much less on lightweight paper. The prints I have gotten from here have all been great. Prices are a bit more expensive than ARC but service and location are better. I also appreciate that I can send files to them via email. Turnaround is usually the same day. Raj is very professional.

Grand Copy Center is on Grand Avenue in Oakland. I had gone to 2 other places to get copies without success before coming here. The first place was a business that had a copy machine, but it wasn't their primary business, and the worker wasn't able to assist me in downloading my PDFs off my phone to make copies. The second business I tried unsuccessfully was actually a copy center, but wasn't open when I got there during regular business hours. They had a sign on the door saying they would be there at 10:30--I went back at 10:45 and they still weren't open. Then I decided to go Grand Copy Center. This is a real copy shop that can do just about anything you may need including color copies, notary, really big jobs, and they were very responsive to my needs. Next time I need copies, I can email Grand Copy Center my PDFs, and they can have them ready when I arrive. I appreciate that they have powerful copiers that can complete almost any job, and competent workers, too.

So happy to have this place near where we live. Just came here for the first time this week for a scanning which I was rushing for (had a deadline) and the person at the store was very helpful. I finished in just about 5-10min. Quick, efficient and friendly. Would definitely come again if need to print/scan or any other service they provide.
