I can’t say enough good things about Kacey. From the very first session, it was clear that this is so much more than a job to her. It’s her passion and her purpose. You can feel her genuine care and dedication in every conversation. She holds space with such compassion, insight, and professionalism, and has helped not just me but my entire family through some truly challenging times. Kacey listens deeply, asks thoughtful questions, and offers tools and perspectives that actually make a difference. It is rare to find someone who brings this much heart, wisdom, and presence into their work. We are beyond grateful for her. She has truly been a lifeline.

My family and I see a few therapists here and we haven’t had any issues the two years we have been going here. I really like the in person sessions. They are flexible with times and days. I like the platform used to communicate with the office and therapists.

I’ve had mixed experiences at this office. My first attempt at therapy here was with a provider I unfortunately didn’t connect with. I tried to stick it out, but it often felt like I was speaking into a void. She would just stare at me after I shared something vulnerable, and at times she’d even awkwardly laugh and say, “Haha, I don’t know what to say,” which made me feel more uncomfortable than supported. Eventually, I gave up on continuing sessions with her. I was notified that she had left the office and offered to see someone else. After some time had passed, I decided to give the office another chance about a year ago and started seeing a different therapist. At first, I felt more optimistic. She offered worksheets and educational materials, and I appreciated the structured, information-based approach. That method worked better for me. However, one particular session stands out as a turning point. I had scheduled an after-work appointment and was running late due to rain and traffic. I sent a message through the platform to let them know, but never got a reply. When the therapist called me, I was literally a block away and let her know I was almost there, but she told me she couldn’t wait and would have to reschedule. While I understand that therapists have schedules and other clients, I felt completely dismissed, especially on a day when I really needed that session for emotional support. All I wanted was to have 45 minutes vs the full 60. She told me she would follow up to reschedule, but I never heard from her again. What hurt most wasn’t just the cancellation. It was the lack of follow-up or acknowledgment afterward. It felt like I didn’t matter, which is especially painful in a setting that’s supposed to be supportive and healing.

I’ve been going to Greater Heights Behavioral Health for a couple years. They have helped me make so much progress in my personal goals and mental health management. In addition to the incredible therapy I’ve received, one thing that set this practice apart from other places I’ve tried is the messaging app! I never have to call for an appointment. I can schedule, reschedule, confirm, and cancel my appointments all through a super convenient app. I have been to many therapists over the years, but this place has been my favorite and the most helpful!
