They treated my babies soo so well🥹 my schnauzer was so nervous before her appointment, but her groomer was so gentle with her! I didn’t catch his name, but I would love to book with him again. He sent me photos throughout the appointment and I could just see how well my schnauzer started relaxing with him (which is amazing considering she’s usually reactive with men). Johanna was also super gentle with my Akita! I was so glad to hear he did well and even got a little star on his forehead for good behavior💜 their hair was so silky, smooth, and smelled so nice🫶

I was more than pleased with the service I received today. Johanna was their stylist and I was very appreciative of the time Johanna took to listen about my wishes, their needs & quirks and she responded with her own questions to ensure she knew what I wanted. My girl does have skin issues and we discussed what my concerns were for Maggie. I have already booked my 2nd appointment and Johanna will be my preferred groomer again. **UPDATE: I was so pleased with Maggie & Oliver's grooms, I had one of my Senior mixed breed puppies, Rudy groomed today with Johanna. As an older dog I want Rudy to look his best while also being mindful that he is older, thus I don't want to subject him to added stress. Well, Rudy looks so handsome & he seemed so happy ! Johanna brought her magic to this older gentleman & I couldn't be happier with his look ! Thanks Johanna !! Pic to follow soon.
