There are plenty of areas for the kiddos to play. The environment is very clean. The staff were very friendly and attentive. Unfortunately, my niece twisted her ankle while there, but a staff member came in like a superhero, with speed and compassion. He was kind enough to bring ice and to make sure her ankle was okay. Thankful for the attention to staff safety.

Scheduled a birthday party for my son and ended up having a great time! A tough call between a 4 and 5 start but giving the benefit of doubt and saying the oopsies were on me. The party was an hour of Jump time and the remaining time to eat/ do presents/ and cake. The jump time was a lot of fun and my son enjoyed jumping on the different variations of trampolines and the dodgeball pit area, although he didn’t know what it was for. We’re also thinking of going again and getting passes if they’re offered later on! Probably might schedule his next birthday there, and I learned to have the pizzas out as soon as jump time is over so you’re not waiting for too long making the adults stand awkwardly was not fun but my focus was more on the kids anyways so oops.. however super excited to go again when we get a chance! (Side note: Sorry about the emojis on their faces, trying to protect their privacy as much as I can!)

We came to Ground Control during our vacation here in San Antonio. We came for Seaworld, but it was too busy there. We decided to take our three children to do something else fun. The prices are good & the staff is actually extremely friendly and patient. We went on a Saturday (mid day) and it was busy, but there’s so much space that it doesn’t matter. My kids had a blast!

This place is a lot of fun. We have the membership where we can go anytime and we usually go a few times a week. The one thing I wish that they had was a nice place to sit down and relax as our children play. One time I had an issue and they made sure to take care of it. Izabella is so sweet, accommodating and makes sure everyone is very comfortable.

We didn't know this place existed until a few days ago when we got a birthday party invitation. We came here today, December 7th for that birthday party and had a great time. There is a great selection of bouncy things to jump up and down on and things to climb on and roll over on. The party rooms are pretty small and the parking lot is way too small for as many people come there. Otherwise, I'm sure we'll come back for more fun and exercise.
