Grow was my go-to place for hair, and I’ve been a loyal client since 2023. That’s why I’m genuinely disappointed to hear about the way Devyn, the lead hairstylist, was let go. I obviously don’t know all the internal details, but as a long-time customer, finding out that someone I trusted with my hair is suddenly gone due to what appears to be internal politics is really upsetting. I still have remaining services/package balance at Grow, which makes this feel even more frustrating. Devyn was a big reason I kept coming back, and client relationships matter. I had always hoped Grow would handle situations like this with more professionalism and care.
