Terrible customer service, 2 employees for the whole store. Waited in line to get help choosing a guitar and the employee brushed me off and helped a lady behind me instead, I ended up waiting another 25 minutes and left because he was so busy helping her check out and making small talk. Won’t be getting my business any time soon, gonna shop local from now on.

CHRISTIAN IS THE BEST! I love Guitar Center and have always brought my music/instrument needs to them. I had the pleasure of working with Christian at Guitar Center multiple times over the past week. He was the first one to help me on my initial visit last week, helping me find the perfect Guitar for my 17 yo. He was kind and patient, and took my daughter's size and skill level into consideration. I went in just to look, with no intention of buying yet, but after talking with Christian, I left with the most beautiful guitar! Within a few days, I sent my sister to see Christian to find a guitar for her teenage daughter, and yesterday, Christian helped me with an excellent trade in for my keyboard. Christian has all of the key qualities that one would want in a customer service rep! He is professional, respectful, kind, friendly, resourceful, attentive, and an advocated for me as a customer (getting me the best deal possible). Importantly, he was not pushy at all!! He is an absolute gem! Thank you Christian!

The amount of joy and excitement that this Guitar Center brings my 8 year old son is incredible! He wants to play every guitar here at least twice! The selection of electric guitars is great! The lessons that they offer here are very affordable and great one on one instruction. Our music teacher Nate is great with my son … he relates to him very well.

Overall, the store has a lot of products and plenty of things on display to try out. While it never gets too busy, you might want to come earlier in the day if you want a quieter experience. Service at checkout is usually quick unless a big purchase is being made. Repairs are quick and easily customized. Staff has been a bit rude on occasion but nothing egregious.

Overpriced Chinese crap and best to hell Inventory. Miss the independent music stores that carried quality stuff and weee knowledgeable about their product. This place has good used guitars but way overpriced and beat to hell
