Amazing gym. Unlike most of the mass market chains, this is a true gym for real lifters. Great equipment & atmosphere.

Awesome staff. Old school training atmosphere (which I love) they had some unique pieces of equipment like the loaded standing chest press machine. I highly recommend checking Gym 5 if you’re in the Nashville area!

The perfect spot for our Sunday training session. Gym 5 checked all the boxes we need to get a good training working with a group of fitness business owners. Thank you for the hospitality!

My favorite gym I’ve ever been a member of, and I’ve been a member of a lot. Staff is super friendly, love the outdoor space, when it’s nice enough out they open their huge garage doors and it’s an open air gym at that point, wonderful. Equipment is not new, but it all works. Layout is great. Over all vibe, it just feels like a spot! And I love that. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Other gym goers are also very friendly, never had a problem, made a lot of gym friends.

Google Review for Gym 5: ***My biggest concern is the persistent sewage smell in the back section of the gym, likely due to plumbing issues. It’s not only unpleasant and but could pose health risks and safety concern. I noticed I would get a headache if I’m in that area too long. I hope owner of the gym addresses this problem soon.*** I’ve been going to Gym 5 for almost a year. It’s a solid old-school gym with older, rusty equipment, which is fine for the $55/month membership. The outdoor workout space is a cool feature but could use some cleaning up. The cleanliness overall seems to be an issue, possibly because the big windows are occasionally open.
