I had a wonderful experience at this Japanese BBQ restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious, and our server, Anh, truly made the evening special. He was incredibly attentive, friendly, and always made sure we had everything we needed. His positive attitude and great service really enhanced our dining experience. I would definitely come back and highly recommend asking for Anh! 😊

First time trying Gyu-Kaku and it did not disappoint! I went with the meat lover’s meal and all the options were amazing. The new york steak was my favorite. Tender and savory in the best ways. Our server, Daniel, was super great. He knew all the best suggestions on the selection of meat and gave great tips on how to cook them to perfection. Definitely recommend the 249 location!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing Service from Richard! I had such a great experience at Gyu-Kaku thanks to Richard! From the moment we were seated, he was incredibly attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. He explained the menu, checked on us regularly without being overbearing, and made the whole dining experience easy and enjoyable. You can really tell he cares about providing excellent customer service. Richard truly went above and beyond — we’ll definitely be coming back because of him! Highly recommend asking for Richard!

The food was excellent and totally worth the price for the quality and service we received! Cody gave us spectacular attention, super friendly and attentive the whole time. I absolutely loved the dessert options too! Everything was fresh, flavorful, and fun to grill right at the table. Definitely coming back!

We had such a great experience thanks to Kevin & Richard! Both were warm, inviting, and incredibly sweet from the moment we sat down. Richard took the time to explain what we could and couldn’t order, which made everything so easy for us. Any time we had a question, he was attentive and answered without hesitation. Richard had to leave and Kevin covered his shift. Kevin was also great! You can tell he genuinely cares about providing a great dining experience. Thank you, both, for making our visit so enjoyable! Food was five stars!
