Called and told them what i wanted done because I knew what it needed and they were trying to charge a $50 diagnostic fee to look at the end of a cord on my hair dryer, which i just wanted cut to have a male end put on. Just went to canadian tire and fixed it for $20. Unnecessary fees are charged at this business.
