Absolutely unacceptable service. I paid $10 for them to “check” my tire and was told nothing was wrong, even though the tire kept losing air. Clearly no real inspection was done.I took my car to another tire shop, and they immediately found a nail in the tire. This shop either doesn’t know what they’re doing or didn’t bother to actually look. Charging customers for incorrect information is ridiculous. Total waste of time and money. Avoid this place if you want competent service.

I would not recommend this place unless you’re okay being hustled. I grew up in this neighborhood and have been coming to this shop for over 20 years. On January 15th around 8:08 p.m., the older gentleman in charge charged me $20 just to pull a tire off so I could quickly check whether a brake pad was rubbing and scratching the rotor. This same exact task has been done here many times before for $10, typically paid directly to the younger worker doing the labor. This time, the price was doubled and every dollar went to the shop, not the worker. If customers knew how little these guys are actually paid, they’d realize how exploitative this is. What used to feel like a neighborhood shop now feels like a straight-up cash grab. After decades of loyalty, this experience was extremely disappointing. This kind of behavior is a scam, plain and simple, and it’s especially disheartening to see a community-run business operate this way.

I would have given them 1 star but I have had many tires patched in the past properly, this time I had tires pulled off my wheel and mounted on new ones and balanced. When I called I told the guy what I wanted and he quoted me $120. Upon arrival I was told $160 because of the sensors, I told them I just wanted normal valve stems and the guy helping me called over the older man they called maestro. He said $140. While they were talking, I grabbed some valve stems from a repair kit and he still wanted to charge me $140. Then, I had forgotten I needed new acorn style lugs but the thin profile for my new wheels. I went to get the lugs quickly and returned and was told they were too thin. He then gave me a different acorn that was thicker and sent me back for new lugs. Against my better judgement I grabbed new ones and then they ok’ed them. When it came time to put the lugs on, they realized the keyed socket wouldn’t fit and maestro tried to tell me that the old ones were the proper lugs. When installing the guy let the impact just crack them down. I knew immediately it was incorrect and ordered the proper lugs from the wheel manufacturer. When I changed them out I noticed my brand new wheels were scratched badly inside. The new lugs were the exact ones I brought to them originally. Won’t be returning for any repairs or anything now. I’ll pay the extra cash for Discount tire.

Came in with 4 new tires already purchased . Needed them to put them on and it was so quick! David took care of me and put my 3 good tires back in my trunk so they may be used for spares . Love this place because of their customer service!

Had a flat last night and was recommended to go here by friends that know the area and use them often. Short wait, great prices, fast and efficient. I got a brand new back tire for $50, no haggle or stress. I would highly recommend this place.
