I had to cancel my membership and had a handful of credits. I was told I had one more massage left on my account as I was scheduling. Showed up to my appointment a month later and was told I didn't have any credits left and would be charged full price or half the appointment if I didn't do the massage. I was honestly in shock because obviously I would not have scheduled the massage if I did not have the credit to do so. I explained the situation to the front desk and spoke with Michelle, and everyone “understood” it, but still charged me… I think you would allow some grace for your own employees' fault. The front desk lady even told me that my massage therapist didn't think I would be coming in if I didn't have any credits left because she knows why I had to cancel in the first place. No customer service here!

I’ve been seeing Keirston for several months. She is so good about focusing where you need her to. I highly recommend her. Also, the staff is very nice. I love coming here.

This is the second time I went to the location Overton Park. I had money left on a gift card and I had to use it up. My massage was wonderful with Melody. But when I checked out. The service was $159 and last time it was $99. And the receptionist was very pushy on a membership and told me that if I had a membership it would be less. I wish that they had a menu with the prices. I felt hard selling techniques to get you signed up. I will not go back.

I had a horrible massage and them I was charged $130 buck when online it states $79 no one even talks about price until its time to leave and services have been rendered. In addition they were unable to remove my information because the staff was not properly trained. I will never return here. Be aware of their scam!

Kristy here was wonderful! It was my first time here and she was so kind and made me feel comfortable from beginning to end. I have a bad back and carry tons of tension in my neck and shoulders too. She took her time and gave her such relief! I will absolutely be coming back.
