Harmony's Floral went beyond the call with excellent customer service, including attention to details and my odd, specific requests. Also thoughtful in sending a photo of the specific arrangement for my approval. And very kindly changing the message on the card at the last minute before delivery. BEST hours for last minute ideas, open til 9pm! Our grieving family were very moved and appreciative upon the timely delivery. The whole staff were wonderful, and made sending Love & Compassion effortless. Highly recommended!

Not even the one star is deserved. What was supposed to be a cute birthday bouquet turned into a complete embarrassment for me. I ordered a beautiful fall arrangement in a pumpkin vase, and while I understand substitutions happen, what was delivered was NOTHING like what I paid for or what was advertised. The bouquet my friend received looked completely different, cheap, mismatched, and honestly disappointing. She was kind enough to love it anyway, but I was mortified when I saw what she actually got. When customers spend their money and trust a company to deliver a gift, the least that should be expected is something remotely similar to what was ordered. This experience was incredibly frustrating and honestly felt like a rip-off.

I stopped by Harmony’s for the first time to look for Mother’s birthday flowers. I requested a custom arrangement for purple flowers in a glass vase they had. I was able to choose the flowers from the cooler and was not disappointed. I asked for the vase to be put into a box so that it would not fall while driving. He put purple paper wrap and ribbon around it as well. The gentleman who helped me was warm and kind. I will be returning to Harmony’s in the future.

We had a great experience at Harmony’s Floral & Gifts. We went there around 7.30pm to get several individual flower arrangements to welcome several guests arriving at the airport the following day. Despite the late hours, the shop owner did a wonderful job preparing these flowers according to our request. Thank you! I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Prices are very reasonable too.
