I will say this place is alright BUT they misdiagnosed my dog. My dog has gotten a perineal hernia repair within the last year and I noticed there was still something wrong. When I came here, they asked the vet from where he got the surgery to send over the notes and the vet at Harris said they would look over the notes and then access the situation. Well, one of the vets at the Harris parkway location told me my dog just had stool stuck in his behind that just needed to be taken out. Which was odd to me because the reason for him getting the perineal hernia repair was so he could defecate on his own. No cleaning needed. Few weeks go by and the same thing happens. I ended up taking him back to the place where he got his surgery which is an hour away from where I live, to see if they could see if there was anything wrong and he ended up having to get another surgery. A Vasopexy, which another vet an hour away was able to diagnose. Just sucks that something like that, would have been swept under the rug and would have possibly turned into something more serious down the line and trust me. Perineal hernia repairs AND a vasopexy is not cheap whatsoever and minor by no means. So a misdiagnoses like this is very serious.

Wade and Nole get the best treatment, exam, hugs, pictures , and are so excited to see all the employees here. They are treated like family here and all of the Vets are very thorough, gentle, and patient with them.

I gave this place 2 stars because it was clean and the front office staff was nice. I had booked a first appointment for my cat to get an exam. I showed up early as instructed so I could fill out paperwork. When we arrived, I was greeted and told a room should be available soon. One of the staff came and got us and asked if I was waiting for Dr. Kroger. I told her that online it had said Dr. Garcia would be seeing her. She explained that we would be waiting a while for Dr. Garcia, but Dr. Kroger is available to give Baby Girl her exam. She took us to a room and stated Dr. Kroger would be in soon. We waited until after 11am. The appointment time was 10:30am. I understand that there's possibly a little wait, but I was disappointed that no one ever came in. I had other errands, so I left. I won't come back due to this.

Excellent place to take your pet to, with professional and sympathetic doctors who do they can for and will work with you for the services they provide. Also they have amazing customer support!
