surprisingly great sushi at a grocery store !! chewy rice and great sauce, not the best fresh fish but still fine

I was profiled, I was treated like a theif. If you have a face like mine don't come here. I grabbed some sushi and was being watched so I place the sushi on the counter then I was asked to keep my shopping back up front too. Then I was followed around and asked to leave. Im not Italian, south african or Jewish and I was profiled harassed and asked to leave just by complying with their their demands. If you have a face like mine just stay away. Also way overpriced.

Friendly helpful staff, excellent delicious $12.99-$15.99 prepared dinnera for two! Sure, much of the groceries are marked up higher than Safeway or Whole Foods but still amazing getting Humphrey Slocumbe coffee ice cream in a food dessert. Seriously, their prepared food, deli, hamburgers, burritos, and breakfast is a deal and delicious!

It's perfect. The place is very clean and has a lot of variety. It's a pleasure to travel and discover places that make you feel at home. A special thanks to our employee, Ivan, who welcomed us from the first day and always went to his store at the end of the day to buy our dinner. A hug.

Prices 30%+ higher than at Target in the same homeless-occupied neighborhood. Or even double, eg. for blueberries. One staple item to compare is a can of Monster White Ultra, 16 fl oz. It's $3.39 at Harvest Urban Market, and only $2.69 at Target. That's 26% more for nothing extra. It's not organic or fresher or anything. Speaking of organic, the store has surprisingly few healthy foods. Mostly convenience store stuff (sodas, chips). Really no reason to go here when there's Whole Foods a few minutes away, or Target, depending on what your budget and preferences are. Also, high risk of encountering homeless people inside. They may or may not be harmless.
