I came to Harvey for help with a big goal: a mindset shift. I needed more than just a diet or weight loss plan, I need help changing my psychological ingrained instinct to overeat with huge portion sizes that left me stuffed. It worked, Harvey helped me! And the surprising thing was that it really wasn't all that difficult with Harvey's help and questioning and encouragement. Also, Harvey helped me change my thinking about certain types of food, and he's simplified tracking food, so that it's doable and sustainable over the long haul.

I began working with Harvey Slater on an individual basis in November 2022 after not accomplishing my weight loss goals on my own using Noom. Harvey's approach began with showing me the tools needed and then, once those tools were in my hands, he guided me to use them to see results. I reached me goal at my own pace by mid-2023. In September, I joined a new six week online session that Harvey developed which allowed me to review the basic tools with others. I received reinforcement from others in group, along with additional tools from Harvey's feedback.
