This dining experience was FIRE!! 🔥 I sat at the bar and the environment was fun and inviting even though it was moderately busy. I started with the Hatch Signature Latte which was SO Good. It had a hint of salt which was perfect with the sweet ingredients and coffee. I got the Mission Street Tacos, Ricky’s way. The Gauc and Salsa were fresh with great consistency, and the hash browns and tacos were cooked to the perfect crisp. The server that helped me even gave me good recommendation for another yummy choice, next time I came to visit! 🤩

Was excited about the orange glazed croissants but they are really like pillsbury croissant less taste and maybe because it was rushed because they forgot to bring it before the food and said okay to wait a little after-they were too hot but the glaze I’d expect more and less runny did not taste like orange almost at all. The Cuban bread was already soggy at the bottom when arrived and was almost tasteless as well. Loved the hashbrowns tumblrs wish they included some sauce with it though-ofc u can ask for some but how neat would it be if they made home made sauce w it . Good menu options overall.

Had to get up super early for a volleyball tournament. So we went ahead and ordered from Hatch early mood food the night before so it would be delivered first thing in the morning. I’m so glad we did. Even though it was delivery, the food showed up warm and the coffee hot. The Benedict trio was a nice surprise. I got to choose several different eggs Benedict variations and I have to say they all were delicious. I went with the classic, the Southwest royal, and the Benedict Johnny.

This place is amazing, what i ordered was really flavorful and quite delicious. I had the Coyote omelet and it was awesome. I will say that it is a little spicy but very delicious. I also had their grits which were different but really good. I will definitely be coming back to try more food. It also comes with a arugula salad that goes with the omelet. I recommend this place to anyone who haven't eaten here.

Hatch, a delightful spot for Early Mood Food, offered an exceptional first-time experience. It began with a wonderful coffee selection, featuring four different creams. My pancake choice, three out of nine available types, was perfectly to my liking. The French toast was truly the "berry on top," with thick, hot, sweet syrup complementing brioche toast soaked in it and topped with cream cheese Anglaise and a touch of powdered sugar—absolutely spot on! Our server, Rachel, was outstanding, always anticipating our needs and providing more. Five stars for Rachel, well done! The vibrant colors and old brick throughout the restaurant created a very pleasing atmosphere. I'm definitely looking forward to my next visit.
