I booked a 30 minute sound bath session with De-Angela with the intention of finding some mental clarity. During the session, I was truly in a relaxed state of mind. I experienced waves of energy throughout my body whenever the root and sacral chakra sound bowls were played. The music was really beautiful too. DeAngela's sound bath sent me on a course to relaxation that I haven't felt for some time. I opted for the 60 min sound bath, wow I honestly wanted to book another session immediately!
